Linda, the heart and driving force of our family tree service company, embodies the spirit of hard work and determination. Alongside my father, Manuel Villarreal, she rose from humble beginnings as field workers to build a thriving 5-star tree contracting business. As their daughter, I’m proud to support the company in many roles—from social media and office work to field support—always inspired by their resilience and dedication to preserving Kern County’s urban and rural landscapes.

Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Bakersfield Women’s 35th Annual Conference, a truly impactful event celebrating women leaders in industries where they are often underrepresented. Sharing our family’s story and representing women at the forefront of tree and landscape maintenance was both encouraging and empowering. The energy and support from this conference have energized our team, and we’re already looking forward to the next gathering to continue building this inspiring legacy.
